About The Event
Supplies will be provided for practice activities after Lori Gibson, CPM, LM, MBC and Christine Strothers, CPM will present information on the history, procedure and reasons why to have your cervix examined whether you're pregnant or not. If a person is pregnant, is a pelvic exam necessary? When is a cerival exam appropriate? What do we learn? How much bearing will this information have on the pregnancy and/ or labor and birth?
If you are due for a Pap, we can send a collection to the lab for an extra fee.

This ticket price is for CBJ members only for the workshop and supplies. This does not include lab fees for Pap smears. Costs for ThinPrep Pap and HPV DNA are around $50 each. Should you choose this option, you will receive a bill from PathGroup lab.
