2020 CBJ Workshops & Events

2019 was so incredible!

Let's keep going with the educational opportunities in 2020.

There is always room to grow.

Below is a tentative schedule, check back as we may add or change some workshops.

  • January 17: Deadline for online Group Pricing for GOLD Midwifery Online Conference* 

  • January 22: NARM Workshop with Ida Darragh, CPM at Golden Family Chiropractic Charlotte, NC

  • February: CBJ Winter Meet Up- Whole Foods, 6610 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC

  • Postponed, TBD: Day with Dr. Cammie Benton of Benton Integrative Medicine (topic TBD)

  • July: We will be taking a break in July... Happy birthday to Christine and Lori! We love birthdays.

  • August 27-30: 5th Annual Summer Island Retreat, Rock Hill, SC . We are ecstatic to once again be hosting the lovely Karen Strange for NRP, also joining us will be Sarita Bennett, DO, CPM, Liz Burkholder, NP, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Trauma Specialist, and more!

  • September 16: Estimated Blood Loss Workshop with Christine Strothers, CPM & Lori Gibson, CPM, LM, MBC, Rock Hill, SC 

  • October 14: Compassionate and Sustainable Midwifery with Liz Burkholder, NP, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Trauma Specialist & Madeline Murray, CPM in Charlotte, NC (must have a minimum of 15 registered for this workshop)

  • November 4: Workshop with Julie Jetzer, LMBT, CPT, CIMI, CHC, SBAP @ Corrective Core, Huntersville, NC

  • *November 14 & 15:  AAMI Skills Lab, Conover, NC*

We will apply for MEAC CEUs for all workshops facilitated by Carolina Birth Junkies.
