About The Event

Friday evening we will kick off The Retreat by the pool enjoying the low country boil (we accomodate everyone!). Saturday and Sunday mornings we will rise with the sun as we do yoga to set our intentions. Then both days will be filled with guests such as Jackie Kuschner, Liz Burkholder,  Karen Strange, Emily Rousch and more.

    Join Liz Burkholder on 8/28 for a Fire Ceremony which will include a sacred circle of fire, cacao, connection, meditation, and releasing of things that no longer serve us. We will end with ecstatic dance to further anchor into our bodies and our hearts and to release any fear and shame that we may be carrying. Space is limited
