IV Pharmacology: GBS, IAP, TXA and Oxytocin IV
Master the essentials of IV therapy for midwifery care, including the routine, clinical and critical applications for GBS Intrapartum Antibiotic Prophylaxis, Tranexamic Acid (TXA) and Oxytocin administration via IV
This class will be taught by Jessica Johnston is a Certified Professional Midwife. Jess came to midwifery after a fourteen year career in hospitality accentuated by a pre-medical undergrad degree earned while working. Instead of medical school, midwifery called and Jess answered. She began serving home birth clients in Anchorage, AK with her private practice Elevate Midwifery in 2018.
